Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Terms
- Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe or the connected payment processor.
- Providers may cancel according to the published cancellation policy.
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior payments.
- Refunds are handled according to the MeritReach Refund Policy.
- Failed payments may pause provider visibility, onboarding, or membership benefits.
