Care providers may submit basic business information for review. Submitting information does not guarantee approval, publication, placement, referrals, leads, or membership acceptance. MeritReach may review, edit, pause, reject, or remove provider listings that appear incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or inconsistent with MeritReach provider standards.

MeritReach may review provider information for basic completeness, consistency, and public-facing accuracy before publication. MeritReach does not guarantee that submitted providers will be approved, listed, featured, promoted, or matched with families.
Provider listings may be updated, limited, paused, rejected, or removed if information appears inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inconsistent with MeritReach provider standards.
Provider Submission Terms
By submitting provider information, you agree to MeritReach’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Provider Code of Conduct. Submitting provider information does not guarantee approval, listing publication, placement, referrals, leads, revenue, or membership acceptance.
Founding Listings & Membership Options
MeritReach may selectively offer complimentary Founding Provider Listings during its early launch phase to help build the provider network. Founding listings are offered at MeritReach’s discretion and are not a publicly selectable membership plan. Providers interested in enhanced visibility and additional benefits may choose from Essential Partner, Growth Partner, or Premium Partner membership options.
